Kent Warden
Founder
Since the beginning of my career 1988 as a young architect in NYC, I have always gravitated towards the design of Hotels & high end Residences. After switching to the owner/developer side in 1994 to join Rosewood Hotels corporate D & C team, I travelled the world building and renovating five star properties in exotic locations including Jakarta, Riyadh, St. Martin, Virgin Gorda BVI, St. John USVI, & Vieques PR. Those on site experiences created my expertise in design management, construction management, FF&E procurement, and luxury hotel operations. In 2002, I led the development team for the St Regis Museum Tower project in San Francisco, and have since managed four more significant hotel and residential developments in Los Angeles. I believe that in order to deliver a thoroughly designed, timeless property, you have to live, eat, and breathe every moment of it's creation by participating daily in the minutiae of each detail.
